WWE Network Really Needs To Bring Back Legends’ House

Legends’ House was amazing and the WWE Network is always looking to bring more attention to their original programming. Therefore it would be the perfect fit to bring back this much-demanded show.

There were some rumblings about bringing it back a while ago but no real public announcement has been made. Even though it might just be seldom watercooler conversation around WWE Network at this point another season of Legends’ House would be outstanding. One thing is for sure let’s hope if they do film season two of Legends’ House they air it sooner than they did the first season that took nearly two years to actually air once filmed.

They really should get on the ball and film another season of this amazing show. There are plenty of legends they could use right now and the options are even wider if you open up the casting pool. At this point, WWE Legends could include people from the Attitude Era if WWE’s line of Mattel Elite action figures are any indication of things.

The first season of Legends House included Roddy Piper, Jimmy Hart, Mean Gene, Tony Atlas, Hillbilly Jim, Howard Finkle, Pat Patterson, and Hacksaw Jim Duggan. We imagine at least a couple of those guys would gladly come back for another season. Sadly Roddy isn’t around to decline his invitation to return to Legend’s House but at least we have the first season to remember the Hot Rod.

Imagine a house full of Ron Simmons, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Sgt Slaughter, Jimmy Hart, Eric Bischoff, Sting, and Jim Cornette. Now tell me what wouldn’t be a television show you’d watch.

They wouldn’t have to film for weeks straight either because reality television can be produced to make any span of time seem like a constant experience. In reality, they might only have to spend a couple weekends together during a period of time because anything could be cut to make it look like they lived together the whole time.

Or if they wanted to switch things up a little bit they could change the format of the show. WWE Network could make it a game show. Call it Legend’s Gauntlet or something like that, just make it happen already.

How incredible would it be if you had teams of Jimmy Hart and Jerry Lawler, Jerry Jarrett and Jim Neidhart, Bruce Prichard and Ted DiBiase, with the final team of Bret Hart and Ric Flair? They could compete in challenges of brains and basic skills and whoever wins every week gets to go home.

As stated before if you include WWE Legends from the Attitude in the mix you could book a cast like Edge, Christian, Gangrel, Val Venis, The Godfather, X-Pac, Mick Foley, and Al Snow. Just imagine the hijinks that would ensue if they booked that cast.

Any combination of people listed in this article would make a great cast for the second season of Legend’s House. Let’s just hope WWE Network will eventually get around to putting together another installment of this incredible concept.
