It’s certainly not uncommon for WWE to make changes behind the scenes as the company has done so a number of times over the last few years, and it seems that another departure has been confirmed.
PWInsider Elite is reporting that WWE’s Vice President of Talent Relations Operations, Kristin Altman was “let go” earlier this week. There’s currently no word on why she was let go.
According to Kristin Altman’s LinkedIn profile she started with WWE as a receptionist in 2007 before taking on the role of Talent Relations Coordinator in 2008. In 2012 she moved into the role of Manager, Talent Relations and Development.
The job description notes that the Manager, Talent Relations and Development’s role was to, “Develop and manage WWE Talent’s Professional Development Program to assist with our Talent’s personal and professional growth beyond the wrestling ring. Provide educational tools and resources in Money Management, Media Training, Continuing Education, Language Courses, Life Skills Seminars, Rookie Success Initiatives and more.”
Altman went on to take step into other roles with the company such as Vice President, Talent Development, Senior Director Talent Development, Director Talent Development and Senior Manager, Talent Relations and Development before becoming Vice President, Talent Relations Operations in 2022.
