WWE Moves Location For Money In The Bank

Over the last few years WWE has been building up the Money in the Bank premium live event as one of the biggest shows on the annual schedule. This year the show was originally set to take place from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, but WWE confirmed that it will now take place from the MGM Grand Arena instead.

WWE sent out an email today informing fans that all tickets originally purchased for the event through Ticketmaster will be refunded. Fans who originally purchased tickets to see Money in the Bank at Allegiant Stadium will have the first opportunity to purchase tickets before anyone else.

WrestleTix posted an update noting that as of a few weeks ago WWE had only sold just under 17,000 tickets for the event at Allegiant Stadium. It’s been reported that WWE is looking to hold more stadium events in the future and this would have been the first time that Money in the Bank would have been a stadium show had it taken place from its original location. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
