WWE is never shy about shaking things up when it comes to where talent is placed on the roster, and now it seems that the company is making some moves with the broadcast team.
According to Variety, WWE will be expanding Jackie Redmond’s role as she’s set to work as a backstage interviewer on Monday Night Raw alongside Byron Saxton. Redmond with also join Kayla Braxton, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T, and Pete Rosenberg as a co-host on WWE’s kickoff shows for premium live events.
Jackie Redmond first joined WWE in 2021 as a co-host for Raw Talk and Talking Smack. She previously worked as a broadcaster for companies such as NHL Network, WBD Sports and Rogers Sportsnet. It was noted that she will continue to work for NHL Network and WBD Sports during the hockey season.
Cathy Kelley is set to move to the Friday Night SmackDown brand where she will continue to work as a backstage interviewer along with Kayla Braxton. Megan Morent will host Raw Talk, SmackDown LowDown, international shows for TV, and digital shows such as the Monday Night Raw sidecast on Twitch.
