WWE Issues Statement On The Arrest Of Jimmy Uso

Jimmy Uso had a run-in with the police in Detroit on Wednesday night when he and Naomi were pulled over after Naomi allegedly drove the wrong way down a one way street.

Naomi was ordered to step out of the car, and then Jimmy Uso reportedly took off his jacket & shirt then squared up to the police as if he wanted to fight. He was then handcuffed and taken to jail before being released on bond.

Following the arrest WWE issued the following statement:

“Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions.”

The Usos are currently scheduled to challenge Shane McMahon & The Miz for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view on Sunday.

WWE has given no indication at this point in time that they plan to make any changes to the match.
