Jimmy Uso is making headlines once again after being arrested in Pensacola, FL on Thursday morning for driving under the influence.
WWE issued the following statement in response to the arrest:
“Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions.”
The WWE Superstar was booked at Escambia County Jail at 3:04am ET on $1,000 bond. He has since been released and is scheduled to appear in court on August 15.
According to TMZ, Jimmy Uso was pulled over for speeding and a cop noticed that he was driving erratically and swerving from left to right. He reportedly “reeked of alcohol” when the cop pulled him over, and he refused a DUI test.
He was arrested for DUI and the police also gave him citation for speeding. His mugshot can be seen below.
