When AEW first launched in 2019 a number of WWE stars jumped to the company in the years that followed. In more recent years fans have seen AEW stars like Jade Cargill, Ethan Page, Ricky Saints, Penta and more make the jump to WWE. Now it seems that a few more AEW names could be WWE bound.
Bodyslam.net is now reporting that WWE has major interest in Danhausen and former AEW Tag Team Champions Private Party. The belief is that their deals are up imminently.
According to the report sources have indicated that movement could happen sooner than later as WWE is looking for fresh, but TV ready talent. It’s also being reported that Chris Jericho, Matt Menard, Angelo Parker and Renee Paquette all have deals with All Elite Wrestling that are set to expire before the end of 2025.
Private Party first signed with AEW back in April of 2019 and since then they’ve managed to become one time AEW Tag Team Champions. They have not wrestled on AEW programming since they dropped the AEW Tag Team Titles to The Hurt Syndicate back in January. Danhausen signed with AEW in 2022.
