SmackDown Live got right down to business this week as Daniel Bryan announced a big match at the start of the show. Bryan made a number 1 contender’s match featuring Apollo Crews, Kalisto and Baron Corbin facing off for a shot at the Intercontinental Championship.
The Miz made his way to ringside for the match and he watched from the commentary table as the potential challengers battled each other in a triple threat match.
Baron Corbin tried to throw Kalisto and Apollo Crews dropkicked him from behind and sent him to the outside.
As Corbin fell Kalisto hung on to the ropes and got back into the ring. Crews then rolled him up for the win.
Apollo Crews will now face The Miz for the Intercontinental Championship at SummerSlam.
