It’s been a big weekend for wrestling fans and the action continued on Sunday night with TNA Wrestling’s annual Bound For Glory pay-per-view which aired live from the Tsongas Center in Lowell, MA.

The show featured some big matches and The Hardys put the TNA Wrestling Tag Team Titles and NXT Tag Team Titles on the line when they faced off against The Dudleys one final time in a tables match.

Both teams obviously have a lot of history and they pulled out all the stops for their final encounter. Ultimately the match ended with The Hardys picking up the win to retain their TNA Wrestling and NXT Tag Team Titles.

After the match things got emotional as The Hardys helped Bully Ray up and both teams celebrated. The Dudleys shocked the world when they took off their boots and handed them to Matt and Jeff Hardy which seemed to indicate that D-Von and Bully Ray are now officially retired from in-ring competition.

The Dudley Boyz have been one of the top tag teams in professional wrestling for decades now and throughout the course of their career they’ve managed to capture numerous championships both as a tag team and as singles competitors. They were inducted into the TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2014 and the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018. Now it seems that their legendary career has come to an end.
