Between Raw, SmackDown and NXT, WWE has quite a few titles, but not all of the belts get to shine in the spotlight like the top tier titles do.
WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray recently pitched an interesting idea for new titles when he suggested that WWE should create 6 Man Championships, along with an Ironman TV Championship which could be defended throughout Raw, SD an NXT.
Bully then went on to suggest that the 6 Man/Woman Championships could also feature intergender teams.
“As I said on @BustedOpenRadio this morning… WWE should have 6 Man Championships (The O.C.) and and an Ironman TV Championship (Cesaro) that can be defended on Raw, SD and NXT. Thoughts? #RAW”
“Titles like IC and US, no longer carry same value as they once did. Replace w/ or add an Ironman/Woman TV Champ. who defends title on every Raw, NXT and SD. 6 Man/Woman Titles provide exciting TV matches w/ diverse teams. Even intergender 2 Men 1 Woman. Creative options”
Fellow WWE Hall of Famer Sean Waltman joined the conversation, and he made it clear that he’s on board for 6 Man Titles.
