Last night at the WWE live event in Montreal, the first ever Intercontinental Champion Pat Patterson appeared before the crowd. He introduced Sami Zayn and hyped up the main event of the show. Patterson also mixed things up a little bit with Kevin Owens at one point.
Owens went on to retain his Intercontinental Championship as he defeated Sami Zayn and Dean Ambrose in a triple threat match. Near the end of the match Ambrose hit Dirty Deeds on Sami Zayn and then covered him. The finish came when Kevin Owens followed up by hitting both men with a Senton Bomb from the top rope.
