WWE Halftime Heat Reportedly Airing Live From The Performance Center

Halftime Heat made for some interesting moments during The Attitude Era, and next Sunday the show will return on the WWE Network.

It was announced over the weekend that while the Super Bowl’s halftime show is airing, Aleister Black, Ricochet and Velveteen Dream will team up to take on Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano and Adam Cole.

It was mentioned on Wrestling Observer Radio that the match won’t be taped during the NXT TV tapings at Full Sail this week, because current plans call for the match to air live from the WWE Performance Center on Super Bowl Sunday.

However, it doesn’t sound like we’ll be seeing an empty arena style match, as Dave Meltzer noted that the plan is to bring fans into the Performance Center, so it should be interesting to see how this works out.
