WWE releases have become far too common nowadays and fans never know when one of their favorite wrestlers could get cut. Back in April, WWE released 10 wrestlers from NXT and it looks like more cuts could be coming.
Bryan Alvarez noted on the Bryan & Vinnie Show that every six months NXT talents are evaluated and if there are talents that the company doesn’t feel are getting better they will be cut. It was also noted that WWE has made some evaluations on names people know.
It’s not clear who could be getting released, but according to the report more changes could be coming to NXT 2.0, and Alvarez added that, “some people might get canceled.”
During the last round of releases WWE cut the following names: Dakota Kai, Malcolm Bivens, Dexter Lumis, Harland, Persia Pirotta, Draco Anthony, Sanjana George, Raelyn Divine, Mila Malani and Paige Prinzivalli. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
