WWE has been going through some big changes ever since the TKO merger was completed and a number of people from the old regime have parted ways with the company.
Last week it was reported that WWE’s Chief Operating Officer Brad Blum had resigned from the company. Now PWInsider is reporting that Brad Blum officially finished up with WWE on Friday, May 3.
Brad Blum first joined WWE in 2006 and went on to become Chief of Staff before taking on more responsibilities in 2020. Blum parted ways with WWE when Vince McMahon initially retired, but he ended up returning when Vince McMahon returned to WWE with the intention of selling the company.
It’s being said that Brad Blum is considered to be a “McMahon Guy” and a few people have wondered if his exit could have something to do with Vince McMahon launching some type of new business venture. There’s been speculation that Vince could be looking to launch a new business venture even though it hasn’t been confirmed that it will be happening.
As of this writing there’s no word on when WWE will be announcing Brad Blum’s replacement, or who the new COO could be.
