Monday night’s episode of Raw set up the WrestleMania 33 card in a big way. Kevin Owens challenged Chris Jericho to a United States Title match and Jericho accepted. Charlotte was put in the Raw Women’s Title match and Sasha Banks later defeated Bayley to make it a triple threat. But it was what happened at the end of the show that really got people talking.

At the end of the show, Braun Strowman called out Roman Reigns, but The Undertaker answered instead. Taker made his way to the ring and Braun backed down before Roman Reigns made his entrance.
Roman got in The Undertaker’s face and told him that the WWE is his yard now and as he was stepping up to Taker the Chicago fans chanted, “Roman sucks.”

The chants could easily be heard during the broadcast, but they’re noticeably quieter in the clip that WWE posted on their YouTube channel. For anyone who would like to do some investigating of their own, the chants can still be heard clearly on the Hulu version of the show.
The clip below shows the confrontation between Taker and Reigns and the chants are barely audible until The Undertaker picks Roman up for a chokeslam.
This certainly isn’t the first time that WWE officials have edited fan reactions to make Roman Reigns look better and it likely won’t be the last.
There are quite a few people out there who were hoping that Roman would turn heel during his feud with The Undertaker, but the fact that WWE suppressed “Roman sucks” chants in the above YouTube clip seems to indicate that it won’t be happening.
