WrestleMania 33 is right around the corner and according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter WWE has been contacting former female stars and asking them to appear at the big event. At this point in time it’s now known who they’ve contacted or what the company has planned for the former stars.

As of this writing the current plan for the Raw Women’s Championship is to have Charlotte defend the title against Sasha Banks, Bayley and Nia Jax at WrestleMania 33. Plans for the SmackDown Women’s Championship are unknown at this time.
In January WWE held the United Kingdom Championship tournament and Tyler Bate won the tournament to become the first ever United Kingdom Champion. It’s been rumored that the company plans to hold more international tournaments in the future and it looks like Asia is the next region on WWE’s list.
WWE has reportedly been contacting talent in Asia about the upcoming tournament and to avoid any confusion they’ve been telling the talent that if they are signed they will not be allowed to take outside bookings in the United States, U.K. or Japan.
