Back in 2019 NXT made the jump from the WWE Network to USA Network, and the weekly program expanded to a two hour live show. NXT has been airing on Wednesday nights opposite AEW Dynamite, but it’s been confirmed that NXT will be moving.
It’s been rumored for some time that NXT would be moving to Tuesday nights, and WWE confirmed today that NXT will begin airing on Tuesday nights on April 13 th following WrestleMania weekend.
It was also noted that WWE and USA have agree to a multi-year extension for NXT. The official WWE Public Relations Twitter account posted the following:
“.@WWE and @USA_Network today announced a multi-year extension for #WWENXT, which will move to Tuesday nights live on USA Network at 8/7c beginning April 13. The new agreement for the live, weekly two-hour show furthers WWE and USA’s nearly three decade-long relationship.”
