It’s certainly an exciting time to be a wrestling fan, that’s for sure. At this point there are a lot of rumors going around in regards to who could be leaving WWE when their contracts expire, and it looks like things could get interesting.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful is reporting that there’s some concern in WWE that The Usos might not sign new contracts when their current deals come to an end.
That doesn’t necessarily mean that the former Tag Team Champions will be joining AEW, but there is said to be concern that they won’t be staying with WWE.
The Usos are WWE veterans at this point, and they’ve seen the highs and the lows that the division has gone through over the years.
WWE seems to be putting more focus on tag teams following reports that The Revival requested to be released a few weeks ago.
The Usos are currently scheduled to challenge Shane McMahon and The Miz for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view on Sunday, February 17.
