WWE is a company that is constantly expanding and a number of new brands have been launched over the years. In 2025, WWE launched the Evolve brand, which is currently without a General Manager, but that could be changing soon.
Bodyslam is reporting that Timothy Thatcher is set to become the new General Manager for the WWE Evolve brand moving forward. Thatcher has been working with the company as part of the WWE ID programing and now he is set to get an official role on WWE programming.
If this does indeed happen then Thatcher will take over the role that was previously filled by Stevie Turner who was released from WWE last year. Turner confirmed her departure when she posted the following:
“My time with @WWE has come to an end. I’ve had a brilliant time and I’m so excited for the future 😆 see you soon!”

Timothy Thatcher first signed with WWE in 2020 and he remained with the company until he was released in 2022. Following his departure from WWE, Thatcher went on to work with companies such as Pro Wrestling NOAH, All Elite Wrestling and Major League Wrestling.
It was reported in November of 2024 that Thatcher had returned to WWE as a trainer for the WWE ID program, and he made his in ring return on the March 26, 2025 episode of Evolve when he faced off against Sean Legacy.
