Last month WWE announced coronavirus related budget cuts, and quite a few names were either released or furloughed.
It’s not being reported by F4Wonline.com that NXT commentator Nigel McGuinness was among the names who were furloughed.
It’s being said that many of the people working in NXT were not named when WWE furloughed wrestlers, road agents, and other employees.
Nigel McGuinness made his WWE debut in 2017 as part of the United Kingdom Championship Tournament, and he went on to do commentary for NXT, NXT UK, 205 Live and Main Event.
Dave Finlay, Lance Storm, Shane Helms, and Gerald Brisco were also among the names who were furloughed.
