WWE has been making changes to the announce teams over the last few months, but now it seems that at least one broadcaster is done with the company. Sudu Shah confirmed that yesterday was his final day with WWE and he thanked everyone who supported him when he posted the following on Twitter:
“Yesterday was my final day with the WWE. What an incredible experience working with some of the most talented people I’ve ever met. Thank you to everyone who watched and supported every week!”
Sudu Shah joined WWE in 2022 working as an announcer for 205 Live which was later rebranded to NXT Level Up. Shah has been calling the action on the brand alongside Byron Saxton for months now. There’s currently no word on what Shah’s next move will be or who is set to replace him on NXT Lvl Up.
Stay tuned for more updates on Sudu Shah’s status as they become available.
