In the world of professional wrestling a good theme song can go a long way. There are a number of theme songs that fans hear often on WWE programming and one that many people seem to have become fond of is Stephanie Vaquer’s entrance theme.
Vaquer has been one of the stars to watch since she first signed with WWE, and she’s been climbing the ranks in the women’s division on Monday Night Raw ever since she got called up earlier this year.
While Stephanie Vaquer’s entrance theme has become quite popular among fans, she recently explained during an appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet that WWE originally wanted to change her music when she got called up.
“I remember when I went to Raw, they said, change my music. And I said, please. I talked with Shawn Michaels and said, Shawn, please, I love my music. I don’t want to change. And he was like, Okay, let me see what we can do. And, yeah, I think people love the music too.”
Stephanie Vaquer is no stranger to championship gold as she managed to win the NXT Women’s Championship and NXT North American Women’s Championship during her run with the NXT brand. On Saturday she will have a chance to win her first title on the main roster when she faces off against Iyo Sky in a match for the vacant WWE Women’s World Championship at WrestlePalooza.
