WWE Acknowledges AEW With Social Media Botch

This week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw was an interesting show, as it was the first episode since WWE officially made Paul Heyman the Executive Director of the red brand last week.

The show gave fans plenty to talk about, and current NXT Tag Team Champions The Street Profits even made an appearance.

After The Street Profits appeared on Raw, WWE mistakenly mentioned AEW when a photo of The Street Profits was posted the WWE’s Instagram account along with the following caption:

“The #NXT Tag Team Champions AEW here on #Raw! @montezfordwwe & @adawks_cog are here to bring the swag back to Monday nights! #StreetProfits”

The caption has since been corrected, but photos of the social media botch have been making the rounds.
