When you’re the WWE 24/7 Champion you always have a target on your back, and unfortunately Elias found that out the hard way at FOX’s Founders Day event. Elias was doing a special performance when Drake Maverick approached the stage. As Elias was distracted R-Truth pinned him to become the new champion.
Later that day R-Truth wandered into the FOX Sports studio and he tripped and fell. While R-Truth was down FOX Sports analyst Rob Stone pinned him to become the new champion.
As Rob was celebrating Elias rolled him up to win the title back.
