Many fans expressed their disappointment following the WWE Royal Rumble match on Sunday, as it seems that most people were expecting a few more surprises. Leading up to the Royal Rumble match it was rumored that Samoa Joe would be making his debut as a surprise entrant. Given the fact that Samoa Joe wasn’t a part of the NXT Takeover: San Antonio card, many expected him to show up, but alas, it did not happen.

Fast forward to Monday night when no one was really expecting much from Raw, and that’s when Samoa Joe finally arrived.

At the end of Monday Night Raw this week Triple H made his way down to the ring to call out Seth Rollins, and Seth answered. It appeared that we were going to see a brawl between Seth Rollins and his former mentor, but as Seth approached the ring he was attacked from behind. Fans quickly realized that the person attacking Seth Rollins was none other than former NXT Champion Samoa Joe.

Samoa Joe is a veteran in the professional wrestling business, and he’s accomplished quite a bit during his career. He’s won numerous titles and he’s had some classic matches, but his fans and his peers have been waiting a long time to see Joe arrive on the WWE main roster.

Samoa Joe finally arrived on Monday night, and the response was overwhelmingly positive. Judging from the way the wrestling world reacted to Joe’s debut, it’s clear that he’s earned a lot of respect over the years, and many people are happy for him. You can check out some of the reactions below.
