Former WWE Superstar Shad Gaspard has tragically gone missing after he got caught in a riptide while swimming at Venice Beach on Sunday.
Shad directed rescue workers to save his 10 year old son, which they did, but it was reported that after that he was hit with a big wave and he was submerged. That was the last time he was seen.
Rescue workers searched for Shad on Sunday and Monday, but unfortunately Gaspard has not been found as of this writing.
MVP took to Twitter to post a statement on behalf of Shad Gaspard’s family when he posted the following:
“Tweeted at the request of Shad’s family. @Shadbeast‘s family appreciates all the love, support, and concern through this horrible ordeal. At this time they are not ready to make any public or official statements to any media outlet And ask all to respect their wishes.”
