Batista hasn’t wrestled a match in a WWE ring since 2014, but it looks like that’s going to change sooner than later.
The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion appeared on Monday Night Raw this week, and he sent a message to Triple H when he attacked Ric Flair while Flair was supposed to be enjoying his 70th birthday celebration.
It was noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Batista vs. Triple H is currently set for WrestleMania 35, and that WWE seems to be positioning Batista as the heel in the feud.
The match was first teased during the Evolution reunion at SmackDown 1000 back in October of 2018. The status of the match was put in doubt after Triple H suffered an injury during the main event of the Crown Jewel pay-per-view back in October, but it looks like the match is back on the card.
