Tuesday night on SmackDown, Dean Ambrose defeated AJ Styles to become the new number 1 contender for the WWE World Championship. Dean won’t be getting his shot at Survivor Series this year, as he’ll be battling Team Raw as part of Team SmackDown along with AJ Styles.

Shane McMahon announced after the show on Talking Smack that Dean Ambrose will get his shot at the WWE World Championship at TLC. The event is set to take place from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX on December 4, and the title bout will be a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match.

Next week on SmackDown another tag team match will take place, and the winners will earn the right to join Team SmackDown in the 5-on-5 tag team match at the Survivor Series pay-per-view.
