SummerSlam is an exciting time and if you’re a fan of the legendary Dead Man then you might have even more to look forward to. The Undertaker was recently spotted en route to NYC and it happened to be in time for The Biggest Party Of The Summer.
Now we are still left to wonder what all of that could mean. It might mean nothing. Undertaker could be called into New York for any number of reasons but the fact that Roman Reigns is in one of the biggest matches of his career and he still boasts about putting The Dead Man out of action might give us hope for something special.
The Universal Title match at SummerSlam is slated to see Brock Lesnar put his big red belt on the line against Samoa Joe, Roman Reigns, and Braun Strowman. The rumor mill is certainly set on fire for sure.
While nothing is a lock until it actually happens some are under the impression that fans might be seeing a return of The Undertaker to close out WWE’s big summer show.
“So it’s interesting though because if [The Undertaker] does come back and does this they gotta go with Roman Reigns and Undertaker at Survivor Series I think,” Dave Meltzer noted on a recent episode of Wrestling Observer Radio.
It was mentioned how this could start another program between Taker and The Big Dog where Roman Reigns might score another victory over Undertaker or possibly they could give a win to Taker in order to stretch the feud out into three matches.
Only time will tell what goes down in Brooklyn for SummerSlam, but the fact that The Undertaker is in town is certainly interesting.
