Neville has been quiet since he walked out before an episode of Raw last year, but it was recently reported that the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion has been released from his contract.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Neville attempted to get his release, but WWE officials didn’t want to set a precedent that wrestlers can just walk out and go to New Japan.
Neville’s contract was frozen for 10 months, but now that he’s been released there is no non-compete clause in effect.
Legally Neville can work All In on Saturday.
It remains to be seen if he’ll be making an appearance or not, but Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks recently name dropped Neville on Twitter.
