Why WWE Has Been Trademarking Old WCW Ideas, Hall Of Famer Praises Becky Lynch

From time to time WWE brings back old WCW ideas such as Starrcade, War Games and other concepts, and recently the company has filed several WCW related trademarks.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that WWE has been actively filing the trademarks because they were not happy that MLW trademarked War Games and therefore now has the ability to use the term.

Becky Lynch has been on a roll since turning on Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam, and she managed to use her momentum to capture the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Lynch has also captured Sgt. Slaughter’s attention, as the WWE Hall of Famer recently took to Twitter to tell Lynch that her promos remind him of Roddy Piper.
