We’re only a few weeks away from WrestleMania 35, and last week WWE officially confirmed that WrestleMania 36 will take place from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL in April of 2020.
According to F4Wonline.com, Tampa got WrestleMania 36 because of a relationship with WWE over the new XFL.
On a related note, it was also announced last week that Marc Trestman will be the head coach and general manager for the XFL’s Tampa Bay team.
Raw, SmackDown Live, NXT TakeOver and the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony are all set to take place from the Amalie Arena, but the exact dates for those events haven’t been made official.
The schedule for the other shows is still being figured out because SmackDown Live will be airing on Friday nights when the show moves to FOX.
