Recently Kevin Owens vs. Randy Orton was announced for WrestleMania 41, but it was reported ahead of SmackDown this week that Kevin Owens suffered a major injury.
Kevin Owens made his way to the ring on Friday night and he revealed that he’s been dealing with a serious neck injury. Owens told the fans that the injury will require surgery and he doesn’t know when he’ll be back. It was then confirmed that his match with Randy Orton at WrestleMania has been canceled.
Randy Orton made his way to the ring and he had brief stare down with KO before Owens started making his way to the back. As Owens was making his exit he stopped then confronted a fan in the audience. Owens appeared to be heated as he got in the fan’s face then then the fan backed down.
It wasn’t clear that the fan said to KO on the SmackDown broadcast, but a video from the audience has surfaced on social media and it appears to show the fan saying, “You’re still s***.” Owens then confronted the fan and seemingly dared them to say it again before leaving.
The fan who said something to KO that wasn’t caught on the mic shouted, 'You’re still sh*t.'
That’s why Kevin confronted the fan, saying, 'Say that sh*t again'.
Man you gotta be chill with this, Kevin is dealing with real neck injury it's not a storyline.

With Kevin Owens on the sidelines Nick Aldis told Randy Orton that this means he no longer has a match at WrestleMania. Orton then proceeded to RKO the SmackDown General Manager, so it will be interesting to see where things go from here.
Stay tuned for updates.
