A few weeks ago Tony Khan announced that AEW All In will be taking place from Wembley Stadium in August and tickets recently went on sale. All In is shaping up to be a big event as 60,000 tickets have already been sold for the show.
So far no matches have been announced for All In, but it’s expected that AEW will be looking to pull out all the stops to put on the biggest show possible. There’s been a lot of speculation regarding big names who could be brought in for the event, and some fans have wondered if Bret Hart could make an appearance as an homage to his iconic match with British Bulldog from SummerSlam 1992 at Wembley Stadium.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that there’s a lot of UK sentiment for Tony Khan to bring in British Bulldog’s son Harry Smith Jr. However, it’s believed Bret Hart is not legally allowed to appear at the event due to his deal with WWE, and that’s the reason why Bret Hart never appeared on an episode of Impact Wrestling.
AEW All In will air live from Wembley Stadium on Sunday, August 27. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
