Jacob Fatu has quickly become one of the most talked about stars on the WWE roster, and he has established himself as a force to be reckoned with ever since he joined the company last year. Heading into WrestleMania it looks like Jacob is set for a prominent spot on the card as it was recently reported that he’ll be facing off against Solo Sikoa at the Show of Shows.
Recently WrestleVotes talked more about the match on Sportskeeda’s Backstage Pass, and it was noted that WWE decided on Solo Sikoa vs. Jacob Fatu for WrestleMania shortly after WWE moved Solo’s match with Roman Reigns to the Raw premiere on Netflix.
“We are told that there are plans for Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa to meet one-on-one at WrestleMania. According to a source, those plans were shaped shortly after the decision was made to do Solo Sikoa vs. Roman Reigns at the Raw Netflix premiere back in January instead of WrestleMania, as was the plan coming out of WrestleMania 40.”
Last week on Friday Night SmackDown it was clear that there’s tension between Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa which will likely only get worse in the weeks to come. Regardless of the situation with Solo and Jacob, it looks like business is about to pick up on the road to WrestleMania as The Rock recently confirmed that he will be appearing on SmackDown this week.
Stay tuned for updates.
