The coronavirus pandemic has had a big impact on the professional wrestling industry, and yesterday WWE announced budget cuts.
Shortly after release announcements were made, and quite a few names were cut from the roster.
PWInsider reports that the WWE talents who were released yesterday have 90 day non-compete clauses, so they won’t be free to wrestle again until July 15.
Of course at this point due to the coronavirus pandemic it’s not clear when things will be going back to normal for the professional wrestling industry.
