Dean Ambrose is officially done with WWE, and he let the world know that he’s ready for the next phase of his career when he released a teaser video revealing he is once again using the name Jon Moxley.
Now that Dean is done with WWE, and Moxley has been resurrected, fans are wondering what’s next for the former WWE Champion.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Jon Moxley is set to start wrestling on the independent scene in June.
It’s being reported that he has bookings with a number of different promotions, and his upcoming dates will be announced shortly.
WWE did give Ambrose a strong send off on his way out, and it’s being said that the company wouldn’t have done that if they thought he was going to NJPW or AEW, but both options are likely on the table.
The company kept throwing more and more money at him until they realized he was determined to leave and they couldn’t stop him.
The belief is that Ambrose wants a deal where he is completely in control of his character and what he can do.
