Brock Lesnar is the man to beat, as he’s the current Universal Champion, and on Sunday, August 19th he’ll be putting his title on the line against Roman Reigns at SummerSlam.
Lesnar’s status has been a hot topic all year long, because The Beast has made it clear that he wants to return to UFC, and he’s reentered the USADA testing pool.
Even though it may seem like Brock Lesnar’s WWE run could be coming to an end soon, that might not be the case, as Joe Peisich recently reported on Barn Burner’s Fired Up podcast that Lesnar met with Vince McMahon before Raw last week and told him he wants to work with WWE and UFC.
“I’ll break some news. Brock Lesnar last week had a meeting with Vince and the higher ups with WWE and he has told them that he wants to work with both.”
“He wants to work with WWE and UFC. I don’t know how that’s going to happen, but if Brock does not lose the title at SummerSlam you could see him working for both WWE and UFC. Like I said, I don’t know how that works but he wants to work for both.”
Whether or not Brock Lesnar will get what he wants remains to be seen, but he’s made his intentions known.
