The day has finally come for Shinsuke Nakamura to part ways with New Japan Pro Wrestling. Nakamura has been rumored to be signing with WWE for months now and at last week’s NXT tapings in Florida, General Manager William Regal confirmed Nakamura will debut at NXT TakeOver: Dallas.
Nakamura wrestled his final match for NJPW on Saturday and after the match was over he grabbed to mic to say farewell to the crowd at the Korakuen Hall. Nakamura made a quick speech thanking the fans and his peers. He then spent several minutes celebrating in and around the ring.
