Watch Roman Reigns Give A Heartfelt Speech To The Philly Fans After Raw Went Off The Air

Roman Reigns and the Philly fans haven’t always seen eye to eye. It was almost a year ago that Roman was basically booed out of the building when he won the Royal Rumble in Philadelphia. Last night Roman won the big one in Philly and most of the crowd seemed to be behind him. After the show went off the air he addressed the Philly crowd and you can see what he had to say in the video above and read a transcription below.

“Alright, y’all better stop or I’m going to cry again. For real though, it wasn’t that long ago, at Royal Rumble, y’all know what it was, it was rough. But a lot of my progression and a lot of my focus and motivation came from that night. So in a weird hindsight way, thank you so much guys. Life ain’t fair and sometimes you gotta get kicked in the ass to get better and that’s what happened, and that’s why we’re here now. Thank you so much, I’ll never forget tonight.”
