Watch Paige Prank Absolution Members By Telling Them She Was Fired

This is a very interesting prank for Paige to pull on Many Rose and Sonya Deville for April Fools day, but it happened nonetheless. The pro wrestling industry is often unpredictable and anyone could be theoretically released at any time and this was the basis for this brutal April Fools Day prank.

The funny part is that this joke, while extremely funny could be very close to home considering Paige’s tumultuous past with WWE where she made some less than desirable life choices. But everything is great with Paige now and she’s on the right track enjoying life and being a model citizen. She’s not even letting the fact that she hasn’t been cleared to compete for months get her down either as she leads Absolution into battle on Raw every week.

But for some reason, Paige thought it would be funny to make her friends think she was fired. What makes this even more interesting is the fact that WWE’s official social media is putting out videos of the big reveal and talking about the prank.

Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose were very worried when they were told that Paige wouldn’t be there. They were told something went wrong, but as you can see by the reactions after they got backstage, those two seemed pretty shaken up.

Let’s hope this is a sign of good things to come for Absolution as they continue on to become a dominant team in the WWE Women’s Division. With the possibility of a Women’s Tag Team Title looming in the future, it certainly looks like Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose could be prime candidates for consideration to carry those new titles.

Whether or not Paige is ever cleared to make an in-ring return is another matter entirely. But it’s nice to see they’re still having a lot of fun backstage as they torment each other in a loving and sisterly fashion.
