John Cena has been promoting his new movie “Sisters” and last night he appeared on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.” During the appearance Cena talked about the new movie, his past as a bodybuilder and more.

At one point John Cena got emotional as he connected with his inner-child. He decided to express his emotions by singing Adele’s hit single “Hello” and things got a little weird. That’s when Cena’s inner-child showed up and he hit him with an Attitude Adjustment so that he can finally become a man. It’s just as weird as it sounds and you can check it out in the clip above.
