Goldberg will be making his return to WWE video games as he’ll be a playable character in WWE 2K17. But it remains to be seen if he’ll ever return to WWE. Goldberg recently spoke to Ring Rust Radio about possibly being inducted into the Hall of Fame and he noted that no conversations have taken place regarding an induction.
“I can’t divulge what goes on in those guys’ brains. I have had no conversation or anything. In all honesty, this is a relationship between 2K and myself for the video game. I inspire to do nothing else besides this being a deal between the two of us. I don’t think it opens the door to anything, but stranger things have happened. I did this to put a smile on my 10-year-old’s face and that’s it.”
Chris Jericho faced off against Shinsuke Nakamura at last night’s WWE live event in Tokyo, Japan and it was Shinsuke who got the victory over Jericho. Not only did Nakamura earn himself a big win, he also earned the respect of Chris Jericho.
After the match was over Chris Jericho grabbed the mic and told the crowd that he didn’t believe the hype around Nakamura, but he believes it now. He told Nakamura that he is as good as people say he is and he will will be a future WWE Champion.
