John Cena will be missing Backlash on Sunday because he’s overseas working WWE live events in Manila and Shanghai.
Cena’s opponent for the WWE live events is none other than Big Show, and during their match in Manila, something unexpected happened.
Big Show made his way to the corner, and he was bouncing up and down on the middle rope getting ready to attack John Cena. As Big Show was about to jump, the rope underneath his left foot snapped, and he fell backwards.
Show was able to bounce back, but John Cena won the match after he hit Show with the AA. You can check out a clip of Big Show snapping the rope below.
Earlier in the week CM Punk noted that he still had to cut weight for his fight against Mickey Gall at UFC 203. During the official weigh-ins on Friday CM Punk it was announced that CM Punk weighed in at exactly 170 pounds.
