AEW Dynamite has been on the air for almost three years now, and Rampage recently celebrated its one year anniversary. Throughout the history of Dynamite and Rampage fans have seen their fair share of promos and some of those promos have featured some colorful language.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Warner Bros. Discovery has informed All Elite Wrestling that they would like the language toned down on AEW programming. However, it was also noted that WBD said nothing about the use of blood in AEW.
All Elite Wrestling is currently under contract with Warner Bros. Discovery through 2023 and the company has a one year option available which WBD could pick up in 2024. It’s believed that AEW will be negotiating a new TV deal between spring and fall of 2023.
