Wade Barrett Is Dead And Buried According To Wade Barrett, Jim Ross Talks TakeOver

If you’re a Wade Barrett fan, beware because Barrett has some bad news for you. Wade Barrett is dead, according to Wade Barrett.

The former Wade Barrett/Bad News Barrett/King Barrett took to Twitter recently to let fans know that he has officially changed his Twitter handle to @StuBennett, and Wade Barrett is “dead and buried.”

It was reported earlier this year that Wade Barrett, oops Stu Bennett (going to take a while to get used to that) planned on leaving WWE when his contract was up this month. But he ended up parting ways with WWE early after the two sides reached an agreement and the company released him from his contract.

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross has posted a new blog where he talks about Brock Lesnar’s return to UFC, NXT and more. You can check out the full blog here along with some of JR’s thoughts on NXT TakeOver: The End below.

“Samoa Joe vs Finn Balor was a timeless, classic wrestling match. Both men are a credit to our business”

“NXT has done a notable job making their tag team scene have significant meaning. American Alpha & The Revival reminded me why I’m still a fan of tag team wrestling.”

“Loved Nakamura vs Aries on many levels as it was one of the best TV matches on WWE TV in recent memory.”
