According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Vince McMahon’s recent comments on Steve Austin’s podcast have caused an already low morale in WWE to take a complete nose dive. Talent within the company apparently feels that Vince “crapped on just about everyone in the locker room” except for Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt. Members of the roster feel that Vince made it perfectly clear he feels those four names are the only ones within the company that have top star potential.
The report also states that Triple H attempted to do damage control by giving a speech to the roster but it didn’t go over well at all. It’s said that talent in NXT love Triple H but his backstage speech lost him a lot of credibility with the main roster.
Pretty tough for morale to be high when a good chunk of the roster can’t get TV time but a guy in a bunny suit can.
