Everyone knows that you can’t make to the top of WWE unless Vince McMahon is behind you, and it looks like he’s very much behind at least on SmackDown star.
Fightful Select reports that Otis is a personal favorite of Vince McMahon, and that Vince has been the one behind his recent push.
It’s being said that Otis is a “total Vince McMahon project” and that his ascent to stardom on the blue brand was likely because of this.
It’s also being said that both member of Heavy Machinery, Otis and Tucker, have been making positive impressions in any locker room they’ve been in for a long time.
Otis has had a big year so far thanks to his storyline with Mandy Rose, and he also won the Money in the Bank briefcase back in May.
Otis, Tucker, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville have all been absent from WWE TV in recent weeks, but the reason for their absence has not been confirmed.
