Vince McMahon made his shocking return to WWE back in January and he made it clear that he returned to pursue a sale of the company. Since then there have been a lot of questions regarding Vince’s status, and now Fightful Select is reporting that WWE talent have confirmed that Vince has been spotted backstage at Raw in Boston.
It’s being said that several people indicated that Vince McMahon “looked different.” It’s not known at this point in time why he is there and talent were not briefed about him being at Raw.
It was also noted that since his retirement last year Vince McMahon has visited John Cena several times outside of WWE. Cena is set to make his return to WWE tonight and talent theorized that could be the reason why Vince is at the show. Another talent speculated that Vince McMahon might not even be around by the time Raw starts, but that was purely speculation.
It’s worth noting that Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer is also reporting that Vince is backstage at Raw in Boston.
