Earlier this year Vince McMahon announced that WWE would be acquired by Endeavor which led to the TKO merger that took place back in September. Vince McMahon’s role with the company has changed in recent months and he was spotted making a rare appearance earlier this week.
PWInsider is reporting that Vince McMahon has not been seen much lately at WWE headquarters, but he was in attendance for the annual holiday party which took place on Wednesday.
It’s being said that Vince McMahon did not regularly attend the holiday party in the past. However, he was making the rounds and was described by people at the party as “approachable” and “friendly.”
The party was exclusively for employees and there were no WWE talents in attendance. In the past WWE would have 4 to 6 talents at the party to greet employees, but that was not the case this year.
Even though Vince’s role with WWE has shifted it was recently reported that he has no plans to leave the company. McMahon is reportedly handling items assigned to him by Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel, and their relationship is said to be positive.
